Timp de preparare: 20 minute
Numar portii: 4
Ingrediente: 500 g ciuperci, 1 ceapa mare , 1 lingura de faina, 250 g smantana.
Mod de preparare: Se spala si se curata ciupercile. Se taie marunt si se pun la calit in ulei. Ceapa se da pe razatoarea si se adauga putin mai tarziu in cratita in care se afla deja ciupercile. Calirea se face pana cand ciupercile se inmoaie. Se adauga sare dupa gust, o lingura de faina, smantana, apoi o ceasca mica de apa (100 ml ) si se amesteca. Se lasa pe foc timp de 10 minute cu focul foarte slab. Se servesc calde.
